American Pickers star Mike Wolfe and his girlfriend, Leticia Cline, have been hospitalized after a car crash in Columbia, Tenn., on Friday night.
Wolfe broke the startling news himself in a series of posts to his Instagram stories on Saturday. In the first, which has since expired, Wolfe wrote, “By the grace of God, we’re both safe and okay. We are both receiving excellent care, and while Leticia is still in the hospital, she is expected to make a full recovery. Thank you for respecting our privacy at this time, and we appreciate all of your love [and] prayers. God bless.”

In the next post, Wolfe shared the impact of the grisly accident on the front end of the vintage blue car the couple were driving. The image revealed the car brutally smashed up, missing its right headlight and with its bumper hanging off. “It’s been a rough nite, but now there’s light at the end of the tunnel,” he wrote. “I truly believe in the power of group prayers. Thank you to all of you that have sent them to us.”
Cline, a model and former star of The WB’s Beauty and The Geek, provided even more details in a set of stories she shared to her Instagram on Saturday.

The first pictured the car’s shattered windshield from above, with its scratched and dented hood wrenched permanently open.
“My jaw,” she wrote over the image, with an emoji hand pointing to the part of the dashboard Cline likely collided with on impact.
In the following story, she detailed the aftermath of that impact.
“Hopefully I get surgery tomorrow. Broken jaw (in a few places), broken ribs, sternum, collapsed lung, and a lot of swelling on my spine. My mouth will be wired shut, but I still got my brain, and that’s all that matters.”
Cline pinned this caption over a shot of her and Wolfe lying side by side in hospital beds. The couple both rested with their eyes closed, and Cline was fitted with a neck brace.

Wolfe has been the star of the History Channel original reality series American Pickers since 2010. Across the series’ 26 seasons, Wolfe has taken viewers on the road to buy and sell antiques and collectibles for his Antique Archeology business.
American Pickers was co-hosted by antique hunter Frank Fritz until 2022, when he departed following a public spat with Wolfe. In 2024, Fritz died at the age of 60.

Wolfe was previously married to Jodi Faeth from 2012 to 2020. The couple, who share daughter Charlie, 13, filed for divorce in July 2021, and Wolfe started dating Cline the same year. In March, Wolfe indicated he had no plans to marry Cline, but noted, “We’ve been doing some tourism stuff in different parts of the country. So no, we’re just enjoying traveling together right now.”
