Red Seat Ventures, the Fox-owned creator services company, has hired Rena Ayer as senior vp of content & talent partnerships, responsible for developing the company’s relationships with key talent, as well as its content partnerships.
Ayer was most recently at SiriusXM, where she led business development of the satellite radio company’s podcast business. An Air Force veteran, she previously worked at Audible, and before that worked as an attorney.
At Red Seat she will report to founder and CEO Chris Balfe.

Red Seat Ventures works with a number of creators, primarily in the political news and opinion and the true crime space, with Megyn Kelly, Tucker Carlson, Nancy Grace and Dr. Phil among their clients.
