Israeli authorities claimed that UNRWA chief Philippe Lazzarini admitted there was no famine in Gaza and that the territory held sufficient food reserves for three months. However, these quotes were taken out of context: Lazzarini was actually referring to aid supplies stuck outside the enclave.
