Swedish wooden church successfully relocated

The over-century-old Kiruna Church in northern Sweden has completed its 5 km relocation to avoid damage from ground instability caused by iron-ore mining. The move, part of a larger urban transformation of Kiruna, was carried out successfully and marks a major milestone in adapting the town to its shifting landscape.
