Did Xi Jinping snub Narendra Modi during his visit to China?

In the wake of the Shanghai Co-operation Organisation summit, attended by more than 20 world leaders earlier this week, some internet users are claiming that Indian prime minister Narendra Modi was snubbed by Chinese President Xi Jinping during the event. But videos alleging to portray Xi refusing to shake Modi’s hand were taken out of context in a bid to mislead viewers, as France 24’s Charlotte Hughes explains.
