The United Nations envoy to Yemen, Hans Grundberg, condemned the “arbitrary detentions” of at least 11 UN staff by Houthi rebels on Sunday and demanded that they be “immediately and unconditionally” released. Those arrested included seven World Food Programme employees and three UNICEF workers, a security source in Sanaa told AFP.
